Project Description
Krempp Construction provided Bob Luegers Motors with a brand-new used vehicle sales facility. This project was a design-build and Universal Design from Ferdinand, IN was hired as the project designer. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with customer lounge space, office space, conference room, restrooms and garage space, which hosts the dealerships vehicle photo booth that was also provided in the contract. This project took extra scheduling and coordination effort between the owner and contractor, as the existing used car structure was still in operation during most of the project. The new structure was built next to the existing structure before demolition of the existing structure took place and site work was completed.
