Our company is built upon its people.
Andrew B. Krempp – Chairman of the Board
Andy (5th generation) started full-time in June 1980 after earning a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Andy became General Manager in 1986 and succeeded Ken Krempp as President in 1994. Today, he continues as the President of Krempp Construction, Inc.
Andy States that some of the goals passed in from his father, Kenny, were to work diligently to complete a project to the owner’s utter satisfaction. If the owner was happy, the project was deemed successful. Another such goal was to provide our employees with good wages and safe working conditions. Many employees have been with us for life and we are proud of building a great working relationship through the company.
