Project Description
Krempp Construction acted as the general contractor of this new 36,000 square foot hotel and retreat center. The building was a two-story masonry structure with hollow-core precast decks and clay tile roof. The masonry exterior was a unique sandstone cut from a nearby quarry. The center contained 38 guest rooms, a full-service kitchen and dining area, conference rooms, a chapel, and several administrative office and support rooms.
