Project Description
The project scope consisted of the design and construction of a new 67,000 SF addition. The high tech state-of-the-art facility consisted of a 2-story structural steel frame with precast exterior. The facility contained clean rooms, waste treatment plant, 4 electroplating lines, dry room, cold room, several labs, centrifuge rooms and vibrator, an elevator, and an open office. Krempp Construction acted as the Design/Build Contractor while self-performing substructure and superstructure activities.
